Antonio Leal began the construction of a large theater to La Laguna in 1912, with the only desire to give their city a deserved place for artistic and cultural expression. I did not want to make a fortune. It was a totally selfless.

Since its inauguration, the Teatro Leal hosted performances, music, magic and illusion, zarzuelas, operettas, dance, film screenings, as well as the popular celebrations on the festival of San Benito. Even competitions were held in the struggle canaria.
Teatro Leal is not only linked to culture. It became an important place for the social life of the time. It held significant beneficial festivals, meetings and rallies.

Craftsmen and artists have participated in reconstruction efforts, which began eight years ago to maintain the charm with which it was designed the Teatro Leal.
The seats, manufactured and upholstered by hand, are made with the same impressive velvet curtain, hand embroidery also. The mural on the roof of the stalls, painted by Lopez Ruiz, has been carefully restored, like the paintings to the amphitheater, made by Manuel Verdugo, the murals of the audiences, where the author is Benjamin Sosa, and two paintings by López Ruiz .

In this new stage, the Teatro Leal has a new jewel: a prestigious piano in the house Steinway & Sons, made especially for this coliseum. This is an eight-octave piano, only in the Canaries, and enabling the most prestigious pianists of the world feel comfortable in La Laguna.

Almost 98 years later, the marsh will again have the opportunity to enjoy this theater who have admired and expected. Teatro Leal is filled with new music and dance, drama, laughter and excitement of the lights in the lamps that were never entirely extinguished and now shine more strongly.

3.3) Analysis:

We're in face of a cultural object, whose purpose is to accommodate scheduled events, has recently been rehabilitated. It has two floors, but no garage. The accessibility is good,it's located in La Carrera street, and traffic in the street where is located is reduced to traffic on foot or by bicycle. The visibility is regular because it is located in a street that does not allow the entire building to take photographs because it is in a street. The theater is fairly limited for those who have a disability, as such do not have access ramps for the handicapped. The game schedule is, depends on the hours during which the representations are made scheduled. Opening day also depends on the schedule of performances.

This is the best option for those visitors who decide to come to the Teide from Puerto de la Cruz, La Orotava, Los Realejos and Icod de los Vinos.

1.4) Inventory of Touristic Resources:

- Visitors Center:

It is the first of the resources that are in the National Park, in which visitors can learn more about the geological history of the Park, also has a small garden in which are collected from plant species that are most important occur in the area. The report of the site would be: We are witnessing a cultural landscape in which the available information sources are Web pages and brochures, access to campus is good, because it has sufficient parking. Where the noise level is low, and finally the visibility is quite good.

- Telesférico Station:

Situated halfway between the visitor center and the Parador Nacional de Las Cañadas del Teide, is a small station, with a sales outlet for tickets to climb Mount Teide, a cafe and a shop sourvenirs. The analysis would be: We are facing a kind of cultural tourist resort, where the noise is half owing to the influx of tourists and the noise produced by the telesférico. Accessibility is good and parking is easy. The visibility of the Teide is unbeatable, offering one of the most beautiful prospects. The information about this resource would be mainly brochures and websites.

- Los Roques de García:

Los Roques de Garcia are at the heart of the National Park, in a plain on which also sits the Parador Nacional de Turismo. Roques is a group of beauty that are right in front of the Teide. The analysis of this tourist resort would be: Los Roques de Garcia represent a type of biotic tourist resort, where the noise is low, access is good but somewhat limited for the elderly or very young children. Visibility is also excellent in this case, and gives us a typical picture of the park, Los Roques and El Teide in the background. The sources of information would be information through websites and books.

- Parador de Turismo:

As mentioned above, the Parador Hotel is located on the same plain Roques de Garcia, and is one of the accommodation offered within the National Park, is a ** of stars, of high prices and excellent services. The analysis of the action series: a cultural landscape, sources of information were brochures and websites. Accessibility should be mentioned that is limited to hotel guests, but there are common areas such as restaurant and cafeteria, available to the general public. Half the noise is in the public areas, but in the rest of the complex is almost nonexistent.

Is the main tourist resort of Park and probably the island. It is a composite cone volcano, formed about 150,000 years ago. Since 2007 is considered World Heritage by Unesco, has an altitude of 3718 meters above sea level, thus making it the highest mountain in Spain. The analysis would be the following, we face a biotic landscape, a protected green space. Which information sources are extensive and varied, from many books that speak from training as the volcano itself. Access is restricted to the top, but you can easily reach on foot or in telesférico to 3500 meters.

1.5) Potential Resources:

- Mirador de La Rosa:

In my view it should be a tourist resort, being situated in a strategic place, which spend much of the tourists who go to the Teide. Besides the beauty of the rock in the form of pink, mirador de la Rosa is a perfect excuse to relax a little from the curves of the road and admire the landscape. To become a resource for tourism could be a stop at which tourists can download and watch, this initiative will be launched between the companies that organize tours to Mount Teide.

- Chapel of Notre Dame of the Snows:

Lies between the Parador de Turismo and the Roques de García is a small, unobtrusive building to house the image of the Virgen de las Nieves, should be considered a tourist resort, a lot of visitors do not know their existence. This should be expanded the visiting hours and be open more days a week. This initiative was developed in collaboration with the Diocese of Tenerife.

- Chinyero's Volcano:

This was the last volcano that erupted in the island of Tenerife, in the early twentieth century, apart from its natural beauty, preserves the most recent lavas of the volcanic island of Tenerife, so it may be an additional visit to the Teide to compare different types of volcanic landscapes. Actions that could help the Chinyero become a tourist resort would be to engage with agencies that organize tours to offer optional excursions to Mount Teide Chinyero the one hour duration.
